As Interim Head of Finance, you will…
• Lead the finance team, overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide strategic financial insight to senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Develop financial models and business plans to support growth and efficiency initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing finance function

As Interim Head of Finance, you will need…
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing business
• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
• A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems and a continuous improvement approach to processes
