Interim Head of FP&A - FMCG - Birmingham - 4 days/week - 6-9 months

We need a financial heavyweight who can drop into a fast-moving FMCG business and instantly make an impact.

This is not a steady-state role - you'll be steering FP&A through a period of change, sharpening strategy, and driving performance in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.

Own the FP&A agenda and lead a team

Deliver sharp insights that shape board-level decisions

Build robust models & forecasts to drive growth

Simplify reporting and embed data-led decision-making

What you bring:

Senior FP&A leadership experience (FMCG essential)

Commercial edge + strategic thinking

Proven change agent in fast-moving environments
