We're looking for a Head of Shared Services to parachute in, take control of a centralised finance function, and actually fix things. That includes AP, AR, Payroll, Intercompany, the lot-spread across multiple countries, with just enough local chaos to keep it interesting.
You'll report into the Group FC, but you'll be the one setting the pace. The brief? Standardise, automate, streamline. No more ancient spreadsheets. No more inconsistent processes from several different entities. This is about building a shared service centre that can support real growth-and won't collapse the second the business scales.

Yes, you'll be travelling. Yes, you'll be out of your comfort zone. And yes, you'll possibly ruffle a few feathers along the way. That's how you'll know it's working.

You'll need:
- A solid track record of actually leading shared services, not just inheriting them
- A brain for process, a heart for people, and nerves of steel for the inevitable politics
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP… the usual suspects)
- The kind of mindset that sees a broken workflow and asks, "Right, who do I need to speak to first?"
