Job Description - Interim HR Administrator


Interim HR Administrator

  • Shrewsbury
  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
  • £12.60 an hour
  • Interim Assignment (September to December 2025 cover)


You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the company's human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Obtaining references
  • Compliance (right to work checks and documents)
  • Support inductions


Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Level 3 CIPD would be desirable but not essential

*Please only apply if you are available to work in Shrewsbury - office based - during 1st September to 31st December 2025*
*You must be able to drive due to the remote location of the office*
