Looking for an Interim HR Assistant to contribute to the Human Resources department of a not-for-profit organisation based in London.

Description

Looking for an Interim HR Assistant to:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with recruitment and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with performance management processes.

Profile

Looking for an Interim HR Assistant with:

  • Previous experience in an HR role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems.
  • Able to start immediately
