Job Description - Interim HR Business Partner

The Interim HRBP role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within the manufacturing industry, driving key HR initiatives and supporting organisational goals. Based in Coventry, this position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Human Resources who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Description

  • Provide strategic HR support to key business units
  • Line management of a small team on site
  • Report into Business Unit HR Director and part of HR Leadership Team
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, offering guidance and resolution on complex issues.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.

Profile

A successful Interim HRBP should have:

  • Proven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of £55,000-65,000 per annum.
  • £7,000 car allowance
  • 10% performance-based bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Fixed-term contract for 12 months

PLEASE NOTE: This role will require someone to be on site 4-5 days per week in Coventry
