Job Description - Interim HR Operations Manager

Your new company
A small-medium-sized international insurance firm based in the City of London.
Your new role
As an Interim HR Operations Manager for a three-month period, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's annual lifecycle of HR from ER cases to recruitment, including all associated administration, as well as providing advice and guidance to managers on policies and procedures.
You'll be working in the London office 4 days out of the week with one day working from home.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Qualified or equivalent, you will have experience working as an HR manager or HR Business Partner within an international SME insurance firm where you will have supported a client group of less than 500 in a standalone or small team capacity. You'll be happy working operationally, rolling up your sleeves to complete whatever is required. Track record of generalist experience covering ER and recruitment as well as reviewing and updating policies and procedures. You'll be immediately available to start in the role, and you will be able to commit to a three-month duration, working 4 days per week from the London office.
