Interim HR Ops Specialist

Catalyst Partners are working with a globally known Asset Management business to source an Interim HR Ops Specialist for their London offices.

This role will sit within the wider HR Operations team reporting into the Head of HR.

Daily rate £250-300 per day.

minimum 6 months rolling contract.

Full time 5x days a week in the office.

Responsibilites:

• Focusing on various ongoing projects specific to the Workday platform.
• Looking into the technical aspects of the HRIS and other tools to make sure they are being used the most effectively.
• Focusing on system & process improvements.
• Working with the wider tech teams to ensure smooth delivery of existing projects relevant to HR Operations.

Experience:

• Essential - Experience using Workday.
• Essential - Ability to showcase strong technical skills with tools such as Excel and Share point.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Team player.
