We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Interim Legal Counsel to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to contribute meaningfully to a broad range of complex legal matters within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will primarily involve advising on and supporting:

• Dispute resolution and litigation management
• Governance and regulatory compliance
• Consumer protection and associated risk areas
• Public and administrative law
• General contentious matters, including internal investigations and disciplinary processes
• Freedom of speech and related issues

You will be expected to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice, manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, and engage effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with strong post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently and efficiently
