My client is looking for an Interim Management Accountant for 6 months starting in the next week. Your primary role will involve managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Description

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports
• Forecasting and budgeting, working closely with different departments
• Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Work on ad-hoc projects as required by the senior management
• Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies
• Support in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits

Profile

A successful Interim Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough attention to detail
