Interim Management Accountant (6 Months)

Interim Management Accountant - PE-Backed Business (Watford) | £450-£500/day | Immediate Start

We are working with a dynamic private equity-backed business based in Watford to recruit an experienced Interim Management Accountant for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation and take ownership of key areas of the finance function.

Key Details:

• Day Rate: £450-£500 per day (Outside IR35)
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: 3 days per week in Watford, 2 days remote
• Start Date: ASAP (interviews taking place this week)

The Role:

You will play a hands-on role within a high-growth business, responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts
• Working across various areas of the balance sheet
• Managing property and utilities cost allocations
• Processing intercompany recharges
• Supporting the finance team through a period of transition and transformation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience working in a multi site business
• Strong background in management accounting
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Available to start at short notice and able to make an immediate impact
