• Resolve payroll queries and liaise with internal teams and external providers.

Process Review & Improvement

• Conduct a deep dive into current payroll processes and controls.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, streamlined workflows.
• Develop and document robust SOPs to future-proof payroll operations.

Payroll System Migration

• Lead the transition to a new payroll platform from start to finish.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in payroll operations and system migrations.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
