As an Interim Privacy Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's practices and policies are in compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Description

The Interim Privacy Counsel will be responsible for:

• Advising on privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing company policies and procedures on privacy and data protection.
• Advising on privacy elements of commercial contracts.
• Act as an escalation point for privacy queries.
• Provide advise on privacy relating to product.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant laws.
• Keeping up to date with changes in privacy legislation in the Technology industry.

Profile

A successful 'Interim Privacy Counsel' should be:

• A qualified solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales.
• A strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• c6+ years PQE of Privacy experience
• Immediately available.
