Interim Property & Planning Paralegal

Job Title: Interim Property & Transport Paralegal
Location: East Midlands (Remote with occasional onsite presence)
Rate: £150-£175 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: Initial 3 months, likely to extend up to 12 months
Working Pattern: Full-time or 4 days per week considered

An opportunity has arisen for an Interim Property & Transport Paralegal to join a public sector legal team based in the East Midlands. This role offers a high degree of flexibility with mainly home-based working and occasional onsite attendance as required.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will support a range of property and transport-related legal matters. While prior experience in property law or the public sector is not essential, you must be confident working independently and have a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior lawyers on a variety of property and transport projects
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to ongoing legal project work with minimal supervision

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to collaborate with senior legal professionals and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-driven environment
