Scheme Manager - Care and Supported Housing

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead front line teams in delivering high-quality care and supported housing services. This role is all about ensuring flexible, responsive support that meets the changing needs of vulnerable adults.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate local teams to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support

• Manage the day-to-day running of one or more services, ensuring smooth operations

• Oversee housing management tasks including tenancy and voids management

• Work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, safeguarding, health & safety)

• Promote continuous improvement and uphold high-quality care standards

• Excellent understanding of housing management and tenancy responsibilities
