An Interim Senior ER Advisor to:

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
• Support managers in addressing complex employee relations cases.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices in employee relations.
• Deliver training and coaching to line managers on ER topics.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all cases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.

Profile

A successful Interim Senior ER Advisor should have:

• A strong background in employee relations within the Human Resources field.
• Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with managers and employees.
• Experience managing complex ER cases with a high level of professionalism.
