Interim Senior Payroller - ADP iHCM2

Calling all Senior Payrollers! Handle are currently working with a really interesting and successful consultancy brand who are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for a period of 6 months. This is a UK focused role the processes payroll for around 450 staff and it is crucial that the successful candidate will have strong ADP iHCM2 payroll expertise.

Key responsibilities include -

• Process payroll via ADP iHCM2, including data entry, calculations, and adjustments
• Support Payroll Managers in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll operations
• Address employee queries on pay, tax, and benefits professionally
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate records and compliance
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, including new hires, leavers, and leave tracking
• Prepare Certificates of Coverage for UK outbound expats
• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Validate payroll data such as hours, deductions, leave, and benefits

Candidate requirements -

• Strong knowledge of ADP iHCM2
• 5 years + experience in a similar payroll position
• Strong understanding of UK payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software.
• Experience with UK expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred
• CIPP qualification or equivalent is advantageous
