Interim Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Your new role
This organisation has identified skill gaps within the team and therefore is looking to speak to and onboard a candidate who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and deliver to fast-paced timelines across supply chain, inventory, and logistics management. You must be able to manage the supply chain and logistics of goods and services, ensuring the right product gets to the right location at the right time while minimising inventory levels. You will, in addition, be liaising with marketing, wrapping suppliers and warehouse. Moreover, having control of the supplier onboarding process, as well as working closely with the requestor, Legal, HSQE, InfoSec and Finance business units.

What you'll need to succeed
Relevant qualifications in supply chain and logistics: university degree, MCIPS or CILT. However, demonstrating time-served experience will also suffice. Sector experience in complex manufacturing, construction, and/or energy is strongly preferred. You must be able to evidence relevant supply chain and logistics knowledge and experience in previous roles.
