Job Role: Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Location: North West Leicestershire

Contract: 3 months

Distinct is recruiting on behalf of a global Logistics business to recruit an interim Supply Chain Co-ordinator. This is an immediate start.

You can:

• Raise purchase orders and requisitions
• Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including purchasing, warehousing, and logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock level checks.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in cost, quality, or delivery time.
• Resolve supply, delivery, or inventory issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage car fleet and company car insurance

You will be:

• Organised with an eye for detail
• Prior experience working in supply chain/purchasing
• Ability to deal with requests quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with ERP systems
