Interim Systems Accountant (Remote)

RM Recruit are working with a large charity to recruit an Interim Systems Accountant for their team. This role will support the Head of Finance with a number of improvement projects following the implementation of their new Cloud based accounting system. The organisation requires a system savvy contractor who is confident with using a range of finance systems and embedding further modules post go-live.

Key details include:

• Support Data Migration, assisting with migrating data from the test environments to the live system.
• Monitor Systems Post-Go-Live offering user support
• Oversee system performance following launch.
• Identify, alert, and help resolve any technical or process issues
• Work with team handling system configuration.
• Provide input and support for IT-related challenges.
• Assist with Month-End Activities
• Provide background support during month-end processes post-implementation
• Help create or update documentation related to system setup, testing, and procedures

Previous system project experience is essential and we are able to consider both Qualified or qualified by experience accountants. This will be a remote role with a duration of 6 Months
