We are urgently seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support and troubleshoot a service for adults with mental health needs. This is a critical role requiring improvement with CQC and to support the staff team, stabilising the service.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an Interim Manager, with a proven track record in turnaround projects.

• Immediate availability.

• A current DBS on the Update Service is essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth understanding of mental health services and associated challenges.
