Interim Year End Accountant - 4-5 weeks contract - Day Rate - Part time - Charity - London based

Client Details

This not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to creating a meaningful impact through its work. As a medium-sized entity, it provides a collaborative and supportive environment for its team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

• Be a key contributor in the production of the annual report and accounts ensuring that we comply with relevant accounting standards
• Ensure we have, and prepare all information and supporting documentation for the annual audit alongside the Finance Officer, Financial Accountant and Head of Finance
• Help to prepare and check the VAT in our business/non-business VAT return
• Support on year-end payroll accounting alongside HR, the Financial Accountant and the Head of Finance.
• Be a key role for ensuring the accuracy of our Trading subsidiary and intercompany accounting
• Support with ad hoc projects such as policy and procedure updates
• Be responsible for the production and monitoring of the Charity's cash flow forecast

Profile

A successful Interim Year-End Accountant should:

• Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Have charity experience
• Have strong year end exposure
• Have Quickbooks and X-ledger experience
