12 MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT

Full Time & Office Based
Melksham
Up to £40,000

Are you a marketing professional with an interest in gaining further experience with Internal Communications?
Interested in a 12 month temporary contract where you can help make a big impact within a dynamic business?

Our client have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications professional to join a small team and assist with the facilitating of transmission and sharing of information across the business. This will include everything from company strategy and customer news to employee-specific information and social updates. You will play a key role in engaging their diverse workforce and fostering a positive company culture.

Duties will include:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align with business goals and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the internal communications content calendar.
  • Help organise a yearly all-staff summer event and annual awards ceremony.
  • Work with the Senior Management Team to produce a quarterly business update video.
  • Assistant with bi-monthly management email updates.

Content Creation:

  • Create and distribute internal communications materials including newsletters, intranet content, presentations and company wide emails.
  • Produce engaging written and visual content for the employee intranet.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure all communication is clear an consistent.

Candidate Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or English preferred.
  • CIM qualification an advantage.
  • Skilled in building and managing internal communication strategies and activities.
  • Strong writing, editing and organisational skills.
  • Experience with internal communication platforms and intranet management.
  • Able to occasionally travel to other UK locations.
