We are looking for a highly experienced Internal Communications professional with a proven track record of success in a global organisation. You are a confident and influential communicator who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

• Experience working in a global organisation, preferably FMCG

• Proven experience in transformation and change management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to influence decisions and push back with senior stakeholders

• Strong project management skills

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to support a large-scale transformation project. A typical day might involve:

• Developing and delivering engaging internal communications materials (presentations, newsletters, announcements, etc.)

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

• Managing communication channels and platforms

• Analyzing communication effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed

• Providing guidance and support to leaders on communication best practices
