Are you ready to make an impact in internal engagement? Our client, a prominent organisation within Central Government, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Engagement Senior Associate to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Engagement on the Changing Currents programme.
• Build strong relationships with delivery partners across various departments.
• Support the delivery of internal events and activities.
• Produce engaging communications across all internal channels.
• Maintain up-to-date engagement plans and reports.
• Evaluate communications activity and suggest improvements.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in internal engagement strategies and communications.
• Exceptional oral, written, and presentational skills.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365 (Yammer), and digital engagement tools (Slido).
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
