In-house Talent Acquisition Advisor
6 month FTC to focus on planned growth strategy in 2025
Well-established professional services business
Delivery of direct talent attraction and sourcing methods to build a talent pool via job boards, social media and networking
Ensuring a positive candidate journey
Managing the recruitment inbox
Collaborating with hiring managers and HR team
Collating recruitment data to guide and enhance hiring strategies
Based near Bromsgrove
£35k pro rata
Open to recruiters from in-house or professional services agency backgrounds
Hybrid working (3/2)
