Your new role
In this internal recruitment role, you will be supporting 2 recruitment business partners in this temp assignment, assisting them with talent mapping, pipelining, admin, recruiting. You will be building candidate relationships, responsible for candidate management and focusing on candidate generation, sourcing, utilising a LinkedIn Recruiter licence to search for and contact candidates, setting up projects, tracking candidates through the process, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record of internal recruitment, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter to fill roles.
