Job Description - Internal Recruitment Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Sevenoaks
Pay: £13 - £16ph DOE
Hours: 35 - 40hrs per week (Flexible on hours)
Contract Type: Temporary

About Our Client:
Join a respected healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality care and support to those in need. This part-time, temporary position plays a key role in supporting the internal recruitment team. ?

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless induction process.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, including DBS and right-to-work verifications.
  • Manage employee records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including job adverts and interview scheduling.
  • Provide general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
