Internal Sales Coordinator
Wolverhampton (On-site)
Fixed Term Contract – Full Time, 37.5 hours
Salary: £28,000

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join a leading business in Wolverhampton. As part of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Duties:

• Proactively engage with existing customers through outbound calls
• Prepare and deliver tailored quotations across a diverse product range
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication
• Identify client needs and convert both new and existing leads into successful sales
• Drive business growth by executing targeted campaigns to generate new opportunities

Experience:

• Proven experience in a Sales, Account Management or related role
• Excellent communication skills to confidently build relationships
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
• Confident in using IT systems and using a CRM
