Location: Clevedon, North Somerset/Bristol
Contract Details: Temporary for 5-6 months
Salary: £13.34 per hour - weekly pay
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday - Fully Office Based

Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry with a focus on industrial automation, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. With a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, this organisation values innovation, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Representative, your role will encompass:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Generate and process customer quotes and orders with precision
• Maintain and manage delivery schedules for timely order fulfilment
• Proactively offer alternatives or replacements to meet customer needs
• Identify and nurture new sales opportunities to support growth targets

Operational Support:

• Collaborate with the external sales team to enhance customer accounts
• Provide essential office-based support to bolster the sales function
• Actively contribute to achieving branch sales targets and strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Work closely with other departments for seamless service
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and promotions

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Proficiency in using sales and order management systems

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
