About the Role

As an International Recruitment & Resourcing Partner you will play a vital role in shaping my client’s presence and success within a designated global region. Working within the International Department, you will drive recruitment, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the profile of the client, ensuring impactful engagement and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional strategy in collaboration with Senior Stakeholders within the organisation
• Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring ambitious targets are met
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, supporting collaboration across all departments, internal & external and assist in promoting sponsorship initiatives
• Work closely with the Head of Global Recruitment and Engagement and the Head of Global Marketing to devise high-impact marketing campaigns
• Provide market intelligence, cultural expertise, and strategic recommendations to inform investment and engagement decisions
• Represent the organisation in international settings, fostering key relationships .
• Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring operational excellence within the region.

A deep understanding of the assigned region, including market trends and growth opportunities. ? Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. ? Expertise in data-driven decision-making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. ? Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a keen ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
