NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted Island authority in the South East who are looking for experienced Team Manager to join their CAST team (Children's Assessment Safeguarding Team).

The island provides a sizeable accommodation allowance,and weekly ferry fare allowing for a smoother and less stressful transition into the role which will save you time and money.

Responsibilities:

As the Team Manager, you will oversee the Support and protection Team, ensuring that those in need of children social care receive safe, timely, and person/family-centred support. This role is all about leadership, collaboration, and innovation in service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years min PQ experience, ideally within managment of R&A AND/OR CP Experience.
