IT Applications Support Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Application Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure team on a contract basis starting ASAP.

Ideally you will be available immediately as this is an urgent requirement.

The role will be Hybrid working and has been scoped inside IR35.

Key experience

• Solid track record in supporting IT Applications
• Working with Contract Management Systems, Finance systems and Point of sales systems
• Working in conjunction with 3rd Party providers to ensure smooth running of systems
• Delivery of key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows & products
• Troubleshoot issues in order to identify the root cause in order to provide a solution
• Review and improve existing application support processes and ensure that documentation is kept updated
• Ensuring any new or updated services are transitioned into support and fully accepted in support guides, both user/admin support), escalations paths, etc
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisation skills
