IT Asset & Operations Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in the media industry, is seeking an IT Asset & Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of IT assets and ensure the smooth operation of key IT controls within a designated business unit.

• Audit, manage and track IT assets, including hardware/software setup.

• Act as the escalation point for IT issues beyond standard processes.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and manage exception approvals.

• Communicate IT strategy and policies effectively within the business unit.

• Work with senior stakeholders to forecast IT technology needs.

• Approve IT-related spending within the unit.

• Manage self-service IT solutions, including laptop loan lockers and vending units.

• Strong experience in IT asset management and operations.

• Proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and budgeting.

• Hands-on experience with self-service IT solutions is a plus.
