About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of detail-oriented and skilled IT Configuration Technicians in a warehouse production environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that systems and related hardware are assembled, configured, and tested to meet the required specifications and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, train and support your team to achieve their best performance.
  
  
• Oversee the assembly of systems following detailed instructions.
  
  
• Ensure the installation and configuration of operating systems, software applications, and drivers for optimal performance.
  
  
• Supervise thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
  
  
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained.
  
  
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery.
  
  
• Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in computer assembly, configuration, or a related technical role.
• Previous team leader experience.
• Proficiency in assembly and familiarity with various computer components and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and configuration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment and components as needed.

Benefits:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with flexible start times between 0800 and 0900
• Pay: £17.25ph
• Location: Milton Keynes.
