Rate: £368 per day via Umbrella

Duration: 7 month initial contract

Location: remote with some travel to UK offices

Are you an experienced IT Change professional looking for your next challenge? Our banking client is expanding their dynamic IT Change Management team and need a skilled individual to support IT change activities, protect live services, and enhance processes.

• Managing IT change activities to ensure operational stability
• Supporting and facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CAB & MCAB)
• Producing MI reports using ServiceNow
• Enhancing change processes for efficiency and governance
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices

• Experience in IT Change Management
• ITIL certification
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ServiceNow experience, including MI reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
