IT Engineer

Job Title: IT Engineer 1
Location: London - Hybrid
Contract Type: 6 months

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Engineer 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, AV equipment, and network systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phones, and AV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Order IT equipment and liaise with vendors for support and procurement.
• Audit and revise IT policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Provide high-quality customer support to internal users.
  
  

• 3+ years' experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  
  

• Experience installing and troubleshooting business applications (e.g., MS 365, Adobe products).
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., LAN/WAN, IP configurations).
