IT Engineer

Our client is looking for an Onsite "smart hands" IT Engineer with skills in the O365, break/fix and general server maintenance experience.

The person would sit within an existing onsite team for an initial period of 6 months.

Hours of cover are generally office hours, 8.30 - 4 , 9- 5.30.

5 days in the office.

£170 a day Inside IR35

Must hold an up to date BPSS Clearance

We are looking for a 2nd line IT Engineer with the below skill set.

Proficient in supporting Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems.

Microsoft Office support - all versions including O365.

Experience with Active Directory, user and group management.

Experience of VMware.

Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Understanding of basic networking concepts (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2010/2011/2019/2022).

Confident in supporting general desktop hardware, monitors, and printers.
