This initiative requires a seasoned Senior Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) who can drive and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale cash and payment transformation projects.

?? Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership - Oversee the full lifecycle of cash transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with best-in-class quality.
• ISO 20022 Expertise & Migration - Spearhead the transition to ISO 20022, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management - Partner with business leaders, central banks, regulatory bodies, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Agile & Waterfall Delivery - Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment, managing risk, change control, and dependencies.
• Vendor & Contractual Oversight - Manage relationships with external technology providers (FIS, OPF Package), ensuring contract compliance and delivery excellence.
• Testing & Implementation Leadership - Drive end-to-end testing with external partners (e.g., central banks, clearinghouses, corporate clients).
• Operational & Business Readiness - Ensure smooth go-live transitions, minimizing disruption and maximizing operational efficiencies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Financial Services Expert - Extensive experience in banking, payments, and cash operations, with a strong grasp of SWIFT and ISO 20022 migration.
• Project & Agile Delivery Excellence - Proven ability to manage complex transformation programs in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Payments Infrastructure Knowledge - Deep understanding of cash operations, real-time payments, regulatory compliance, and clearing systems.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management - Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with executive leadership, business sponsors, and external partners.
• Technical Awareness (Preferred) - Knowledge of Linux, Windows, or Mainframe systems is a plus.
• Certifications (Preferred) - PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent project management frameworks.
