IT Integrations Specialist

Are you an experienced IT Integration Specialist with a strong background in IT Integrations and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors? Do you have a passion for driving impactful HR technology projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment?

We are currently partnering with a dynamic and well-established organisation, renowned within their industry, to recruit an IT Integration Specialist to lead and support the successful deployment and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and on-site at their modern Uxbridge offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end integration of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS, Payroll systems, Azure, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise in system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Monitor performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a complex IT environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services, HRIS, Payroll solutions, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
