IT Service Integration Manager – Hybrid / Birmingham – Contract – Outside IR35

VIQU have partnered with an organisation based in the West Midlands, who are seeking an IT Service Integration Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

Role overview:

This IT Service Integration Manager role is pivotal to ensuring the successful integration of IT services, systems, and processes across multiple business areas. The IT Service Integration Manager will safeguard operational continuity and ensure IT services align with strategic business objectives.

You will:

• Lead the management and delivery of IT services at a senior level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organisational requirements.
• Oversee the integration of diverse IT systems, processes, and services.
• Work closely with third-party suppliers and consultancies to ensure services are delivered to the required standards.
• Ensure all service requirements, contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs are met consistently.
• Prepare, plan, and execute transition and integration phases to maintain operational efficiency throughout.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven experience in managing IT service integration during periods of significant change or transformation.
• Strong background in IT service management, IT operations management, and service delivery.
• Solid experience in supplier and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and governance frameworks.
• Good understanding of technical domains such as infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and end-user computing.

• Rate: £600 - £700 per day
