IT Support

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for temporary IT Support candidates working for organisations in Coalville, Loughborough and Melton Mowbray.

These are a temporary positions with full time hours

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Log and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution
Set up new user accounts and hardware (PCs, laptops, printers)
Assist with basic system administration tasks

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

You MUST be immediately available for work
2 years experience working in a IT Technician or 1st/2nd line role
Experience dealing with customers on a face to face basis
Experience moving, setting up and configuring IT hardware
Level 3 or equivalent IT Qualification
DBS check within the past 3 years
