IT Support Analyst-MUST HAVE CURRENT ENHANCED DBS

Our client a School based in London require an IT Support Technician. The successful applicant will be supporting school clubs with their basic IT needs (e.g. connectivity, devices, AV setup. Responding to general IT requests from staff on site (around 4 people) Monitoring and maintaining basic IT functionality (e.g. printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, logins, interactive screen). Reporting any issues that require escalation or further action to EAC if needed. Ideally, the person should have a good understanding of day-to-day IT support in a school environment.
