iO associates have partnered with a leading local authority in search of an IT engineer. This hands-on role involves building and distributing devices (such as phones, laptops, and PCs) and providing general IT support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and deploy IT equipment including PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
• Resolve technical issues and assisting users with device setup.
• Manage hardware returns and support day-to-day IT operations in coordination with the IT team.
• Experience working within local authorities, councils, or boroughs.

This is an urgent role with interviews taking place this week.
