IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Contract Length: 6 Months (likely to extend)

Location: Oxford (Onsite)

Day Rate: £200 Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a high-growth tech environment and support a range of concurrent IT initiatives. You'll be a key player in rolling out and managing end-user devices, helping to drive improvements across both BAU and project-based workstreams.

Working closely with project managers and IT leadership, you'll help deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Experience Required

• Windows device rollout, endpoint management, and software deployments experience
• Strong skills with Intune and/or Jamf for device configuration and control
• Solid working knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments
• Proficiency with PowerShell for scripting and automation
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (networking, access, systems)
• Experience supporting identity and access management systems
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus Points

• ITIL Foundation or familiarity with ITIL processes
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
