IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – 6-month contract - Fareham

The IT support Engineer to provide IT Support as well as Application Support in person. The Engineer would focus on issues up to 2nd line and must show competency supporting bespoke/personalised versions of applications such as Microsoft 365.

IT Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:

• Prior experience within an IT Support / 2nd Line role
• Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
• Supporting bespoke/personalised versions of applications
• Application Support: Patching applications on server and application support on inhouse built applications.
• Microsoft EUC Stack
• Microsoft 365 – Administration and Support
• Active Directory experience
• Experience with ticket management systems

The IT Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Fareham, 5 days a week for the duration of the 6-month contract.

This IT Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available next week.
