Interim IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Interim IT Support Technician to support a great company in the E1 area of London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional to make an immediate impact within a highly regarded team.
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to staff, ensuring smooth running of IT systems, and assisting with ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
What you will do:

• Provide first- and second-line support
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
• Support users with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other common applications
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects
• Offer AV technical support for events onsite

What you will need:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• A sense of urgency and strong problem solving skills to ensure that downtime is minimal
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

You will need to be available to work onsite in East London for 5 days a week from 28th July until the end of August. What you will get in return:
