Job Description - IT Trainer

IT Trainer
Location: Portsmouth | Devonport | Clyde
Start: ASAP
Rate: Flexible – Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (with possible extension)
Candidates must hold a active SC Clearance and due to the security requirements of the work, you must be a sole UK national

We’re seeking experienced IT Trainers for a short-term contract to deliver sessions on IBM Maximo. Prior experience with Maximo is not required – full training and delivery materials will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured training to personnel supporting a fleet of vessels
  • Adapt to a supported but evolving training framework
  • Work flexibly around shift patterns, including out-of-hours sessions
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience delivering engaging training
  • Confident in varied and non-traditional training environments
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling and delivery
Note: Multiple trainers may be required depending on availability and demand.
