IT Training Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee a team of trainers during a large-scale digital systems implementation in Wales.

The role involves coordinating training delivery, supporting lesson planning and ensuring the quality and consistency of sessions across several sites.

NHS or healthcare experience would be highly valued but is not essential, provided you can demonstrate proven expertise in leading digital training teams and managing stakeholders in complex environments.

This is an outside IR35 contract, based across multiple sites in Wales, with a start planned for mid September or earlier.

It represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Training Lead to play a key part in a high-profile go-live project.
