Working hours: 09:00-17:30

Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant - What You'll be Doing:

• Check incoming remittance and record details.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to customers.
• Create online Banking Payment files, obtain authorization of payments.
• Input data to accounting Sage 50 system.
• Check Sales/Costs information from Sales Departments.
• Collect necessary information for UK staff and Japanese expats for monthly payroll and send the information to external payroll company.
• Calculate employee’s and employer’s monthly pension contribution.

Japanese speaking Accounts Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Japanese mother tongue standard and English business level
• Accounting experience essential
• UK experience in payments preferred
• Sage 50 experience preferred
